Ингредиенты

1 can salmon 2 teaspoon grated onion 2 teaspoon horseradish 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

1/8 teaspoon salt 3 drops Tabasco sauce 1/3 c. minced nuts 3 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 (8 ounce.) softened cream cheese

Инструкции

1. Drain and flake fish. Blend everything thoroughly (but nuts and parsley). Refrigerateseveral hrs. Shape salmon mix into a ball or possibly fish shape. Roll in nut mix. Chill. Serve as a spread with crisp crackers.
