Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1/3 c. Finely minced shallot
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced smoked salmon (about 1/4 lb.)
  • 1/4 c. Cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh dill
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 24 x Won ton wrappers (available at Asian markets and many supermarkets) thawed if frzn
  •     Melted butter, lowfat sour cream and chopped fresh dill, as accompaniments

  1. In a small skillet heat the butter over moderate heat and cook the shallots, stirring, till soft. Transfer to a bowl and let cold. Stir in the salmon, cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mixing well to combine and chill, covered, for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the won ton ravioli (see above procedure). Serve the hot ravioli drizzled with the melted butter and topped with lowfat sour cream and chopped fresh dill.
