  • 6 ounce pizza dough (see recipe above)
  • 1 Tbsp. chile and garlic oil
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. dill cream (recipe follows)
  • 2 1/2 ounce thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp minced fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp. Sevruga caviar, optional
  •     Place pizza stone on middle rack of oven.
  •     Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  1. To shape crust: On lightly floured surface, stretch or possibly roll out dough into 8 inch circle, with outer edge a little thicker than inner circle.
  2. To make pizza: Brush dough with oil. Arrange onions over pizza.
  3. Bake for 6 to 8 min, or possibly till crust is golden. Carefully remove pizza from oven. Set on hard surface. Spread dill cream over inner circle.
  4. Arrange slices of salmon so which they cover entire pizza, slightly overlapping inner border. Sprinkle with chives.
  5. Makes 1 (8 inch) pizza.
  6. To serve: Using pizza cutter or possibly large sharp knife, cut into four or possibly six slices. Spoon a little caviar in center of each slice. Serve immediately.
