Ингредиенты

1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 teaspoon onion juice (or possibly a sm. amount of onion pwdr and finely minced onion) 1 teaspoon paprika

2 tbsp. sherry 2 (4 ounce.) jars smoked oysters, minced 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives

Инструкции

1. Bring cheese to room temperature - mix with mayonnaise, onion, paprika and sherry. Whip till fluffy. Mix in minced oysters and chives.
