This smoked sausage and rice medley is a easy way to please your gang.

Smoked Kielbasa with Rice

• Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2015
• Ingredients:
• 1 pound kielbasa, cut lengthwise than cut into 1/4 inch pieces
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons honey
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• hot cooked rice

Directions:

In deep skillet, saute the sausage and onions. Add remaining ingredients expect rice. Stir and heat through. Serve with hot cooked rice.
