  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small disk Mexican chocolate, chopped (such as Ibarra brand)
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup diced hazelnuts
