Рецепт Slow Cooked Detox Soup
Detox Soup takes many of the healthiest ingredients possible and puts them together in one pot.The soup is easy to digest so your body can absorb and utilize all of the nutrients more easily. The best part about this recipe is that the focus is still on taste, so you’re getting a detox dose of vitamins and minerals without having to suffer through it.
Slow Cooked Detox Soup

½ cabbage, chopped
- 2 cans (about 28 ounces) of chopped tomatoes
- 6 ounces of dry lentils, washed
- 1 can (15 oz) 50% less sodium red kidney beans
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 red, yellow or orange pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces of brown baby bellas, thickly sliced mushrooms, or any dried mushrooms
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- About 1 to 2 teaspoons of Marlene’s own 12 spice seasoning (see recipe below)
- 8 cups of water
To make the 12 spice seasoning Ingredients add 1 Tablespoon onion powder, ½ Tablespoons fresh cracked pepper, 2 teaspoons celery salt, 1 teaspoon cayenne, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon sage, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon dried mustard, ⅛ teaspoon dried lemon peel.
Combine all the ingredient in your slow cooker 6 hours . Check the lentils after 4 hours, if not soft enough then continue for another two hours.
