Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Instant Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Instant Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 tsp Green Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredinets in a small bowl till well blended. Spoon mix onto a 6-inch square of aluminum foil and fold to make airtight. Label as Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix. Store in a cold, dry place and use within 6 months.
  2. Makes 1 package (about 3 Tablespoons) of mix.
  3. Sloppy Joes: Brown 1 lb lean grnd beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excesss grease. Add in sesoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 1 (8 ounce)
  4. can of tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over toasted hamburger buns.
  5. Makes 6 servings
