- Prepare cornbread and set aside to cold while minced vegetables. Finely crumble cornbread with fingertips and add in the spices. In a large skillet saute/fry the onion and celery in the butter till the onions are translucent/soft.
- Add in the cornbread mix to the sauteed vegetables. Add in the water using more or possibly less to reach a moist but not soggy mix. Add in the parsley and sea salt to taste and serve.
