  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. or possibly (1) 6 ounce. bottle cola drink
  • 1 c. warm catsup

Инструкции

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in ungreased large skillet. Combine cola and catsup; pour over chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat 40 to 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. NOTE: To oven barbecue use 1 (14 oz) bottle catsup and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
