- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 pkg. mushrooms
- 2 pound sirloin tip steak cut 1 inch thick

- Marinate 1 inch cubes steak and mushrooms in mix for 3 or possibly 4 hrs. Alternate steak and mushrooms on skewers and grill. Baste with remaining marinade.
