Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, finely minced
  •     salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp imitation bacon bits
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Инструкции

  1. Place the cabbage, onion & bell pepper in a large bowl. Salt & pepper as desired. Mix well, set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan mix the remaining ingredients. Heat till boiling.
  3. Pour over slaw. Toss & serve immediately. If the cabbage is not wilted sufficient for you, microwave for 1 - 2 min.
