Ингредиенты

  • 1 (15 ounce.) box Raisin Bran
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 quart. buttermilk
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Mix cereal and sugar. Add in beaten Large eggs, oil and buttermilk. Then add in remaining ingredients. Butter muffin tins or possibly use papers and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Batter can be stored, covered, for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
