  • 3 stk Butter
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 7 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter, adding sugar till creamy. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each. Mix in sift dry ingredients. Alternate with lowfat milk beating till smooth. Add in vanilla. Bake in 9 inch pan at 375 for 12 min. Approximately six Tbsp. of batter to each pan. (Chocolate Frosting)
  2. 5 Square unsweetened chocolate
  3. 2 boxes confectionary sugar
  4. 1 stick margarine
  5. 1 tlbs. vanilla, evaporated lowfat milk
  6. Heat Chocolate and Margarine. Mix in confection sugar, Alternate with lowfat milk beating slowly
