- Cream butter, adding sugar till creamy. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each. Mix in sift dry ingredients. Alternate with lowfat milk beating till smooth. Add in vanilla. Bake in 9 inch pan at 375 for 12 min. Approximately six Tbsp. of batter to each pan. (Chocolate Frosting)
- 5 Square unsweetened chocolate
- 2 boxes confectionary sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tlbs. vanilla, evaporated lowfat milk
- Heat Chocolate and Margarine. Mix in confection sugar, Alternate with lowfat milk beating slowly
