1 pound scallops 2 ounce. sherry

2 ounce. butter 4 ounce. mayonnaise

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in small pan. Add in mayonnaise and sherry; blend over low heat.
2. Dust scallops with flour. Place in buttered baking dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
