Ингредиенты

  • 3 lbs. stew meat, cut in bite size
  • 2 cans golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry or possibly red wine

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients. Don't brown meat. Pour in 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hrs. Add in liquid, if necessary. Yield: 6 servings.
