Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/2 inch thick sirloin, trimmed of fat
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 6 ounce. beef broth
  • 6 ounce. dry red wine

Инструкции

  1. Place steak in roasting pan, spread garlic over, then mushrooms and onions. Mix wine, chili sauce and stock. Spoon over steak. Cover with foil.
  2. Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees. Slice on angle across grain, serve with wine sauce.
