Singapore Sling Mix

Yesterday I had this cocktail drink for the first time. It was good!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1/2 ounce cherry brandy, kirsch, or Cherry Heering
  • Lemon slice for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Инструкции

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and powdered sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the club soda.
  5. Float the cherry brandy on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
  6. Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry.
