Ингредиенты

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 pound Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Инструкции

  1. Brown meat and rain. In top of double boiler, combine soup, lowfat milk, Velveeta cheese, and sauce. Cook till cheese melts. Into each tortilla, add in meat, onion, and grated cheese. Roll into enchiladas. Pour sauce over. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
