Ингредиенты

1 stick butter 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. minced pecans 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese Lg. carton Cold Whip

1 c. sugar 2 sm. boxes butterscotch (or possibly chocolate) instant pudding mix 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla

Инструкции

1. FIRST LAYER: Heat butter in 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish, add in flour and 1/2 c. of pecans. Spread with fork, bake at 300 degrees for 15 min. Cold.
2. SECOND LAYER: Blend together till smooth, cream cheese, 1 c. Cold Whip and sugar. Spread over first layer.
