Ингредиенты

2 pound raw jumbo shrimp 1/2 c. butter 1 teaspoon salt 6 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 c. fresh parsley 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel, rinse and thoroughly dry shrimp. Heat butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan in oven 5-7 min. Add in remaining ingredients and bake uncovered for 5 min. Flip over shrimp and bake 8-10 min. Serves 6-8.
