Ингредиенты

1 envelope. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. boiling water

2 (8 ounce.) pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 9 inch graham cracker crust

Инструкции

1. In large bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar.
2. Add in boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
3. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla till smooth.
4. Pour into prepared crust.
5. Refrigerate until hard.
6. Garnish with fruit.
