Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 6 slc Bacon cut into squares
  •     Melted butter for basting
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Fill 6 metal skewers with alternating shrimp and bacon. Brush with melted butter. Broil for 4 to 6 min 2 to 3 inches from heat, turning the skewers once and basting occasionally with melted butter. Remove to heated serving dish and keep hot.
  2. In small saucepan, heat lowfat sour cream over low flame. Add in lemon juice and juice from broiled shrimps. Cook over low flame for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over shrimps. Serve warm.
  3. Suggested Wine: A chilled white wine, dry or possibly sweet.
