- Preheat oven to 375 F.arrange wonton wrappers on cookie sheet.Brush both sides lightly with melted butter.
- (you could use cookingspray).Cut each wrapper diagonally into 4 triangles.
- Bake 3 minutes.
- Turn wrappers over and bake 3-4 minutes more till golden brown.
- Cold on wirerack.(can be made ahead and will keep 2 days)
- Heat large saucepot of water and 1/2 tsp. salt over medium heat.
- Add in shrimps,cook till opaque,2 minutes.
- Drain,rinse under cool water.Cut shrimps in half lengthwise.
- Cover and chill.
- Combine mayonnaise,soy sauce,ginger,sesame oil,pepper sauce and sugar in smallbowl.Spoon 1/2 tsp. sauce onto each wonton triangle.Top each with one halfshrimp and a watercress leaf.Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
