Ингредиенты

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/8 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pch dry thyme
  • 28 x uncooked large shrimp shells intact
  • 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter chilled, and
  •     cut into 1/2" pcs
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  •     Warm french bread

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add in shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in Worcestersihre sauce, lemon juice and garlic; saute/fry till garlic is tender, about 2 min. Add in shrimp; saute/fry till opaque in center, about 3 min. Add in remaining 4 Tbsp. butter; stir till melted.
  3. Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Pour sauce over shrimp. Serve with warm French bread for dipping.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings as an appetizer or possibly 2 as a main course.
  5. Comments: These peel-and-eat shrimp are great fun. Just make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand.
