Shrimp with Garlic Kangkong

Easy breezy yummy shrimp dish.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 market bundle kangkong (separate the stem and the leaves)
  • 250 grams shrimp, cleaned shell on
  • 1 med onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Saute garlic and onion with canola oil.
  2. Stir fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the kangkong stem and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the kangkong leaves and stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Pour in the shrimp onto the hot pan and stir fry with the remaining oil.
  7. Cook until it turns pink.
  8. Add the cooked kangkong and stir together with the shrimp.
  9. Adjust the taste as desired.
  10. Remove heat to avoid overcooking.
  11. Transfer to serving dish.
