- Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in onion and cook quickly. Add in shrimp and cook over high heat till shrimp are half-cooked. Add in Pernod and flambe.
- Add in whipping cream and reduce by one-third. Add in dill and small bits of butter/flour mix till sauce is the consistency desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over rice.
- Yield: 4 servings.
