- Heat butter in large skillet, saute/fry garlic 1 minute. Add in shrimp, scallops, red pepper slices, snow peas, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Saute/fry 2 to 3 min till shrimp are tender. Serve over linguini. Garnish with lemon slices and sprig of parsley. Serves 6.
