  • 1 c. cool cooked rice
  • 1 c. shrimp, cooked (cut up)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (I use less)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sliced green pepper
  • 1 tbsp. green onions
  • 2 tbsp. French dressing
  • 1 tbsp. minced stuffed olives
  • 3/4 c. raw cauliflower
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • Canned asparagus

Инструкции

  1. Enter all ingredients except mayonnaise and asparagus a few hrs before serving. Mix in mayonnaise and place two strips of asparagus over each serving. Serves four.
