Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 bot clam juice, (8 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. Arborio rice
  • 1 sm Carrot
  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 2 x Hard ripe tomatoes
  •     Salt & black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Bring water & clam juice to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to simmer.
  2. Heat butter in saute/fry pan over medium-high heat. Stir in Italian seasoning & bay leaf. Add in rice. Stir till coated with herb butter. Pour 1/2 c. warm broth into pan with rice. Cook 1 minute over medium-high heat till broth evaporates. Stir carrot into pan. Add in 1/2 c. broth. Stir. When broth has been absorbed into rice mix, add in wine & shrimp to pan. Cook about 1 minute add in remaining broth. Stir well. Cook till rice is al dente. Stir in minced tomato, salt & pepper to taste. Serve at once.
