- Heat skillet with half the extra virgin olive oil. Saute/fry tomato and onion. Add in wine and canned tomatoes and fresh herbs. Let it simmer slowly for 1/2 hour. Crush and add in garlic.
- In another skillet heat the rest of the extra virgin olive oil. Saute/fry the shrimp for a few min, drain the oil off and add in the tomato sauce. Cook shrimp and sauce together for a minute or possibly two. Serve.
