2 bot beer 3 x Leeks minced 2 x Onions, minced 3 sprg parsley 1 stalk celery

1 x Bay leaf 6 Tbsp. Butter 3 Tbsp. Flour 2 lb Shrimp salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Simmer beer with leeks, onions, parsley, bay leaf and celery 15 min.
2. Strain out vegetables. Heat butter; blend in flour. Add in beer slowly, stirring constantly over low heat till thickened. Add in shrimp; simmer 5 min till fish turns pink; season to taste with salt and pepper.
