  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked & deveined & minced fine
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced fine
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 sm. green pepper, minced fine
  • Celery, minced fine
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise to bind together
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Ritz crackers


  1. Use equal amounts of onion, green pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients using mayonnaise to bind together. Add in the lemon juice to taste. Serve in a bowl with a butter knife and Ritz crackers. It is easy and delicious!
