Ингредиенты

  • 8 hard cooked large eggs, deviled
  • 2 lbs. cooked shrimp
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • Bread crumbs

  1. Place halved large eggs and shrimp in buttered casserole. Put together remaining ingredients, except crumbs. Pour over large eggs and shrimp. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till it bubbles. Top with crumbs. Serve on top of English muffins. Excellent for brunch.
