Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice

Инструкции

  1. In large bowl of cool, salted water, soak brussels sprouts 10 min.
  2. Drain; trim ends and throw away any bitter outside leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise; thinly slice crosswise.
  3. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat butter. Add in sprouts, salt and pepper; over high heat, saute/fry 5 min or possibly till sprouts start to brown. Add in the water; cook, stirring 2 to 3 min, till sprouts are crisp-tender. Stir in lime juice.
