Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. butter, softened, divided
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • 2 1/3 c. flour, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream 1/2 c. butter, 1/3 c. granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Add in 1 c. flour, mix well. Press dough into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 5 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine 1/3 c. flour, baking pwdr and salt; mix well. Combine Large eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. stir in dry ingredients and nuts. Spread over partially baked crust. Combine remaining 1 c. flour and 1/3 c. granulated sugar. Cut in 1/4 c. butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pumpkin layer. Continue baking 25-30 min. Cold. Cut into bars.
