3-4 lbs. short ribs Salt & pepper, to taste 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. catsup 1/3 c. brown sugar

1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. mustard 1/2 c. onions, minced 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. chili pwdr

1. Season short ribs with salt and pepper; bake in 400 degree oven till done. Mix the last 8 ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 min. Dip cooked ribs in sauce and return to oven for 5 min. Note: The remaining sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
