- 2 c. strawberries, sliced or possibly whole
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. strawberry Jello
- Few drops red food coloring
- 1 c. water

- Place strawberries in pie shell. Cook sugar, cornstarch, Jello, coloring and water till thick. Pour over strawberries. Garnish with additional strawberries. Refrigerateabout 2 hrs.
