Try these Shoestring Carrot Fries as a fun snack or an alternative to french fries.

Don’t over think this one. Be prepared for a lot of warnings. Don’t buy the pre-cut packaged carrots. I’m telling you this for your own good.

Make these. Come back and thank me.

I wish I made these on the same day I made burgers. No need to place onion rings on your burger. Top it with these carrot fries. Give them to your kids. Be prepared to make more.

Keep fresh carrots in your fridge at all times. Make these first. Set them on your table. Place your kids at the table then go ahead and do whatever you need to get done. The kids will be busy eating these. Beware. And don’t say I didn’t warn you. Once the plate is empty, they will hunt you down crying for seconds.

Second helpings of carrots. Now you know that is what I am talking about.

preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place carrots on a baking sheet that has been coated with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and toss to coat. Bake for 6 minutes, toss, then continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and move to top rack, broil for another 2 minutes. Serve 3.2.2925
