Ингредиенты

  • 2 pound lean beef round or possibly chuck cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chunks of green peppers
  • Fresh mushrooms

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients except meat, chunks of green peppers and fresh mushrooms; mix well. Add in meat and stir to coat. Chill overnight or possibly let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  2. Thread on skewers along with green pepper chunks and fresh mushrooms. May be served with canned new potatoes that have been rolled in barbecue sauce and grilled on separate skewers.
