  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon mace
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Инструкции

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate cubed sirloin tip roast for several hrs.
  2. Kabobs - tomatoes, onion wedges, green pepper, mushrooms, fresh pineapple chunks and sirloin tip roast.
