Ингредиенты

  • 6 x flounder fillets
  • 1/2 lb hard white mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. minced chives
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  •     Paprika to taste
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Arrange fillets in a buttered baking dish, cover with sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives. Season cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne.
  2. Pour cream over fish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with paprika and brown quickly under the broiler.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
