1 pt lemon sorbet
4 Tbsp. vodka

1 c. Prosecco
1/4 c. heavy cream

Инструкции

Refrigerate4 to 6 Champagne flutes.
In a bowl, whisk sorbet till smooth. Gradually whisk in the vodka, Prosecco and heavy cream. Pour the mix into a pitcher and serve immediately in the chilled flutes. (The drink will separate if left standing.)
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
