Seth's Sugarless Applesauce Cookies

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. corn oil butter
  • 1 tbsp. liquid Sweet & Low
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. raisins or possibly dates
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter with sweetener, add in Large eggs and beat till light. Blend in vanilla and applesauce. Stir flour, soda, salt and spices together, add in to creamed mix with oats, raisins and nuts. Blend well. Drop by tsp. on lightly oiled cookie sheet or possibly foil pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
