- In large skillet saute/fry onion in vegetable oil till soft.
- Add in bulgur wheat and sesame seeds.
- Stir till wheat is coated with oil.
- Add in stock, salt, parsley, and garlic clove.
- Cover, if stock is warm sufficient no more cooking is necessary. Can let sit covered for 30-60 min.
- When cooked, stir, remove garlic clove.
- Sprinkle with pistachio nuts and diced almonds.
- High in fiber, nutritious, a great substitute for potato or possibly stuffing.
