4-5 scallions cut into 4" lengths & thinly sliced lengthwise
3 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, liquid removed
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 ounce. Ramen instant noodles, uncooked, broken up

Combine first 4 ingredients and whisk in the 2 oils. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and toss thoroughly. Chill till ready to serve. Toss salad with oil and vinegar dressing and serve.
