  • 1 c. peanut oil
  • 1 c. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 large scallion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • healthy pinch freshly grnd pepper

Инструкции

  1. Whisk together all ingredients or possibly pulse in a blender. If using a blender, there is no need to grate the ginger or possibly mince the scallion (green onion) in advance; just peel the ginger and remove the roots of the scallion.
  2. Use this dressing with chicken or possibly serve over Oriental vegetables.
