Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. flour, self rising
  • 1 c. Crisco (I use butter flavored)
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Инструкции

  1. Mix flour and Crisco together till it resembles cornmeal. Add in buttermilk and stir with a fork till lowfat milk is mixed in. Turn dough onto lightly floured board and knead a couple times. Pat down to 1 inch thickness, cut with glass or possibly cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 min.
