Ингредиенты

  • 1 x ahi tuna steak - (6 ounce)
  • 2 tsp five-spice pwdr
  •     (available on spice aisle)
  • 1 tsp grill seasoning
  •     (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning, or possibly use salt and coarse pepper)
  •     Cooking spray or possibly vegetable oil for grill pan
  • 5 ounce mixed prewashed baby salad greens
  • 2 x radishes sliced
  • 1/4 x European cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar or possibly rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. Coat your steak with a combination of five-spice pwdr and grill seasoning or possibly salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan or possibly griddle over high heat. Spray grill surface or possibly wipe with a thin layer of oil. Add in tuna steak to the warm cooking surface and sear tuna 2 min on each side. Remove tuna from heat.
  2. Combine greens, radishes and cucumber in a bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk wasabi, vinegar and soy sauce. Whisk in oil to combine dressing. Drizzle dressing over your salad and toss to coat proportionately. Slice tuna on an angle and arrange on the salad.
