Fish, can be salmon, swordfish, shark or possibly kabobs made of shrimp or possibly scallops or possibly mix with above
Juice 3 lemons
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. fresh snipped dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh grnd pepper (to taste)
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)

Mix all ingredients well. Marinade fish 2 hrs in refrigerator. Place fish on warm grill 8 to 14 min per side depending on thickness. Baste with marinade.
